We Love Julie Zangenberg

The other day I was talking with my good friend the beautiful danish actress Julie Zangenberg about her style and about fashion. Julie Zangenberg made her debut on the big screen when she was only 12 years old, since then, we’ve seen her appear both on the big screen and on stage. Now she’s 21, drop dead gorgeous and a busy actress doing movies, theatre and TV.
SS : How will you describe your style?
JZ : I think my style is a good mixture between Boho and Chic. It changes all the time, depending on my mood. Somedays I wear simple clothing, and other days I want to dress up and have the bombshell look.
SS : Who’s your favorite designer ?
JZ : I love scandinavian designers like Acne, Minimarket, Carin Wester and Won Hundred but of course I also love designers like Alexander Wang and Chanel.
SS : Do you have a fashion Icon?
JZ : I like the swedisk Blogger Elin Kling. She is the blogger on stylebykling.com and of course Ashley Olesen.
SS : Why?
JZ : because they’re both strong, successfull and ambitous businesswomen who have fallowed their dreams, doing what they’re passionate about. I really admire that, and I love how their strong personalities is shinning through their clothes.
SS : What kind of clothing would never wear?
JZ : Well, I would never wear something M.I.A would wear, I’m just not cool enough…
SS: When you are invited for speciel events, is it hard to pick out what you want to wear?
JZ : Not really, to tell you the truth i think picking out daily wear is a lot harder, I always fall in love with fine clothing like dresses and suits, so that’s always what I end up buying and that’s what’s in my closet, unfortunately I can’t wear fine clothing everyday.
SS : So what do you think about stylepaste?
JZ : I love it, I think there is a good mixture between funky, classic and simple clothing….To me, fashion is not always about the clothing, I mean of course you want to look good, but every girl can with the right amount of money buy nice clothing, but looking cool is, when your personality shines through your style. To me fashion is to be yourself, wear what you believe is cool and not because you read it somewhere.
SS : So in Denmark, who is the biggest fashionista?
JZ : oh my..I love Aura Dione, I think shes amazing….Wreating what shes wearing, it takes a lot of comfidence,….She is comfterbale and doing something different that other people wound’t dare..I would feel like an idiot in her clothes, but she looks fierce because she is expressing herself and her personality through her clothes..
SS: If a designer should chose you as muse, which designer would you want it to be, you can pick any?
JZ : Maybe a french designer like YSL and Chanel, being a muse for a designer like them must be every girls dream. It could also be kinda cool if I was Alexander Wangs muse, he’s so rock’n roll!
SS: The summer is already here, what will we see you wear things summer?
JZ : My raw cow-boy boots, nailpolish , short dresses, summer is all about showing some legs!!

This summer, I want to wear brown boots. On the pictures you see some of the seasons coolest boots.
